Terms and Conditions

In the event that Bush Wise Kids needs to cancel the day program or camp.

You will be entitled to a 100% refund, or you may choose to transfer to another date, subject to availability. Any change or cancellation will be made in writing to all participants as soon as possible.

Bush Wise Kids reserves the right to cancel courses or workshops due to insufficient numbers.

If you are unable to attend

A refund can be requested in writing seven or more days prior to the program or camp date. Bush Wise Kids will retain a 10% administration fee on any refunds given.

 If you decide to withdraw less than seven days prior to the program or camp date, Bush Wise Kids will retain 100% of your program or camp fee.

 A transfer may be requested up to 72 hours prior to the event commencement date, transfers are subject to availability. No changes are able to be made after this time. Please note we are only able to accommodate one change of date per original booking on any transfer requests.

 You are welcome to send someone in your place, please ensure details of the new attendee are advised in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event date.

Failure to turn up to your booked program or camp will result in the loss of any fees paid.

For Bush Wise Kids online and on demand courses

If you decide to withdraw prior to any access to the online course site Bush Wise Kids will retain a 10% administration fee.

If you decide to withdraw after any access to the online course site Bush Wise Kids will retain 100% of your course fee.

Extreme Weather Conditions

In extreme weather conditions (such as heat, flood, poor air quality) Bush Wise Kids may need to implement one of the following options:

– relocate to an alternate venue

– reschedule a program or camp

– amend start and finish times

 If any of these actions are deemed necessary by Bush Wise Kids 24 hours notice will be provided. Refunds will not be issued for adjustments made due to extreme weather conditions.

Please note the the Bush Wise Kids programs are device free events - please leave you phone in your bag or out of sight during the programs. One of our members will photograph moments and share these after each event.
