We maintain a low 1:6 mentor-to-child ratio to ensure every child receives individual attention, guidance, and support throughout the day. This allows our educators to truly connect with each participant, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel seen, heard, and confident to engage.

Our educators are experienced, passionate, and trained in both outdoor education and child safety. All team members hold relevant certifications, including Working With Children checks and First Aid training, and are dedicated to creating a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment for every child.

Safety is at the core of everything we do. Activities are carefully designed to allow children to explore and take healthy risks within a structured and supervised setting. We teach children how to understand and manage risk safely, helping them build awareness, responsibility, and confidence in the outdoors.

Beyond bushcraft skills, our programs are designed to support each child’s personal development. Through teamwork, problem-solving, and hands-on challenges, children build confidence, resilience, leadership, and independence—skills that extend far beyond the bush.
